Here at Trilogy, we're lucky enough to have two exceptional members on our team: Kyle Ohlhauser and Aric Smith. Both Kyle and Aric are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers in their respective divisions. In this blog post, we'll be introducing Kyle and Aric, their roles within Trilogy, and their commitment to their work.

Kyle Ohlhauser is the Operations Manager for Trilogy's North Dakota division. His main goal is to ensure that field operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a long-term employee of the company, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the job. Kyle's commitment to Trilogy's core values helps ensure that the company maintains its high standards and delivers excellent service to its customers.

Working within the Bakken region, Kyle is responsible for overseeing all the day-to-day activities that take place in the field. This includes managing employees, ensuring the equipment is up-to-date and of the highest quality, and overseeing the delivery of services for each customer. He is an organized and effective leader who is always looking for ways to improve processes and keep operations on track.

Moving on to the South, we meet Aric Smith, our General Manager for Trilogy's new office and shop in Midland, TX. Aric brings a wealth of experience in the industry, having worked in the Permian basin, Haynesville, and Cotton Valley. His extensive background in the sector makes him an ideal candidate to manage Trilogy's Texas division and ensure its continued growth and success.

As the General Manager, Aric is responsible for overseeing all the day-to-day operations and ensuring that standards and practices are being adhered to. He's also responsible for providing quality service to the customers while maintaining strong relationships within the community. Aric is a University of Texas alumni and veteran of the Marine Corps, making him well-suited to leadership roles.

Both Kyle and Aric are committed to providing excellent service, consistently improving Trilogy's core practices and values, and ensuring that their divisions continue to grow and thrive. They take pride in their work, the success of their teams, and the relationships they build with their customers and partners.
