Justin Ronyak

Chairman
Justin is Trilogy’s founding member and Chairman. As our Chairman he creates vision for the organization, sets long term goals, evaluate KPI of the executive team and collaborates on high level business decisions for the company. Justin has over 15 years of experience in flowback and production services and has managed and operated companies on all levels, from boots on the ground to starting ups from scratch. 

Lars Wikstrom

President and CEO
As Trilogy’s CEO Lars’s main function is implementation and modeling the company’s culture valves and behavior. He manages Trilogy’s high level business functions and supports the company’s operations, sales, and administration. It is his primary accountability to ensure the overall sustainability of the company. Lars first started in the flowback and production industry in 2007 just a few months out of high school. Lars joined Trilogy in 2019 to help support Mr. Ronyak in the growth and development initiatives that he set fourth. He spends his leisure time with his wife Kaitlynn and 3 daughters.

Nathan Burckhard

VP Business Development
Trilogy’s VP of Business Development is responsible for building and maintaining our sales pipeline. As a result his primary accountability is to develop relationships with current and prospective clients in an effort to promote sales and contribute to the overall sustainability of the company. With over 15 years of oil and gas experience all being in the bakken, Nate is an integral part of our business. Nate has managed customer accounts for several flowback companies over the course of his career. 

Tiff Johnson

HR/ AR Coordinator
Tiff’s primary role is management of Trilogy’s Human Resources systems and functions, but her desk ends the catch all most of the time. Tiff has been with the company since inception and is always willing to tackle challenges even when they aren’t in her job description. She represents the company in a positive light by modeling professionalism, being consistent and fair in all aspects of her job duties. 

Kari Hayes

AP/AR Coordinator
Kari supports the company by eliminating financial waste and managing the companies’ receivables and payables. She has many years of experience in the accounting realm and demonstrates impeccable attention to detail. Kari lives the company’s core valves and promotes a positive working environment with her friendly demeanor. 

Cody Shriver

General Manager, Rockies
Cody’s primary accountability to is ensure the safe and effective execution of job operations in an effort to retain customers and promote growth. Provide stewardship to our employees to reduce employee churn over by developing a working environment that is focused on professional career development, hard work and a results driven culture. Cody is a strong team member and is continually focused on improving operations and the working environment for our employees. Cody has over 10 years of flowback and production experience in the bakken and has opened 100s of new to production wells for our customers in the past few years.

Jacquelynn Nehilla

Controller, North Dakota
As Controller, Jacquelynn oversees financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes. She is passionate about leveraging her expertise to contribute to the success and growth of Trilogy, ensuring financial stability and resilience in an ever-evolving business landscape. As a Certified Public Accountant, she is skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, optimization, and strategic planning. With over 8 years of experience, half of which were spent in the Oil & Gas industry, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband and two children.

Aric Smith

General Manager, Texas
Aric’s primary roles are overseeing day to day operations for the new Texas division. This includes maintaining standards and practices, core values, and quality of service to our customers. He has 10 years experience in the Permian basin, Haynesville, and Cotton Valley. He is a Marine Corps veteran and University of Texas alumn.

Justin Lemon

Director of Business Development, Rockies
Justin has more than a decade of experience in the Bakken, working in all aspects of the well life cycle from wellhead through production. This experience makes him well-rounded in his approach to ensuring customers are able to achieve their production goals. Living in Dickinson, Justin and his wife, Susan, are active in fundraising, sponsoring and supporting youth athletics. Being  sports enthusiasts with two sons, they believe youth sports are a binding force within the community.

Kyle Ohlhauser

Operations Manager, North Dakota
Kyle's primary goal as Operations Manager is to ensure the success of day-to-day field operations. Kyle lives all of Trilogy's core values every day to bring our customers in the Bakken the expertise needed to have successful and well running job sites. He is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality labor and equipment standards for both our employees and customers. Kyle is one of the companies longest term and loyal employees.

Roy Estakhri

HSE Manager, North Dakota
As Trilogy’s HSE Manager Roy’s primary role is to assist in the implementation and maintenance of Trilogy’s comprehensive safety and health program along with promoting up to date safe work practices to ensure trilogy’s safety-first culture is at the forefront of our industry.  Roy has nearly 20 years in the safety and health industry and has overseen safety on some of the largest projects in the United States.  Roy has many certifications and is also a certified ND EMT.

Matt Fay

Director of Business Development, Texas
Born and raised in West Texas I entered the Oil and Gas industry as a young adult and now have 12+ years of experience in flowback and production testing. As the Director of Business Development Texas I leverage my experience to build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers. My focus is to deliver high quality service in all aspects of every project. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my downtime with friends and family.

Alan McDowell

Training Supervisor, North Dakota
Al’s primary responsibility of the company is to promote a positive culture amongst field staff through training, development and building rapport, he also drives recruitment and growth of our field staff. Al has over 10 years of industry experience in Production and also serves as our technical advisor on large production jobs and lease operating contracts.
With a management team of over 100 years of combined Bakken Experience, our team is ready to serve you.
