Program description. Trilogy LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages include responses to service inquiries and quote requests, job scheduling and on-site coordination, service updates, and occasional promotional messages about Trilogy services.

How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at trilogy.us.com/contact and submitting the form. Opting in is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to use the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any work we are doing for you.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
